Had a good time staying at the Sunset Inn! The jacuzzi suite was a highlight with super strong jets. It felt nice to have space for everyone, and the shower pressure was excellent. Just keep in mind, the decor could use some updating.

The owners were accommodating and ensured our family felt welcome. The room's cleanliness was disappointing, with lingering odors.

I can't believe i booked this place. The smoke stench in my room was unbearable, talk about not receiving proper treatment after that! Don't even get me started on the spotty wifi situation, a disgrace for a so-called inn. I almost thought about giving this a good review, but i just couldn't, ridiculous.

1. Clean hot tub, close walking distance to attractions, courteous owner
1. Unwanted odor, broken A/C, poor cleaning standards

The location was central, best possible to clifton hill. Nothing too much trouble, I really enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

The breakfast is great with a wide range of food. The venue is placed in a central position very close to Clifton Hill.

Fancy rooms complete with tubs, the bathroom plus 1 queen bed, very very nice and welcoming staff. Our hotel is set in a central location close to clifton hill and downtown and Canada. Again, it's not far from a 158m concrete spire.

We stayed in a spacious family room that was comfy for all of us. The owner was friendly, frequently checking if we needed anything. The location was great, just a short drive from the falls, and we loved having easy access to nearby dining options.
My wife says that the bathroom amenities could be improved for families.

Overall it was a great stay for value paid. The location was marvellous and best possible, for example, Movieland Wax Museum was not too far away from the hotel. And the area was good, really close to the falls.
The staff - some of them were very rude.

The staffs and services provided at Sunset Inn are very nice and helpful. It is very pleasant staying at the hotel. Besides that, the hotel is located near to the waterfall where we can just go there on foot. There are also many shops nearby, where we can easily find anything if needed. If I am asked to recommend this hotel to others, I would say yes.

Honestly, we were very disapointed......There is nothing I liked and I would not recomend it.
Way overpriced for the amenities. And also, this is a motel and should be listed accordingly.

Fantastically courteous and helpful staff, from desk to housekeeping. They were willing to carry my bag, to direct me to out of the way fresh food restaurants, and to make up in friendliness and service what the age of carpeting, decor etc. lacked. It was very clean, and the bed was new and very comfortable. The hotel was inexpensive, but I was treated with great class and dignity by all four staff I met.
The carpeting was so stained I didn't want to put bare feet on it.
